Sunset: Part 2

At Sunset the mood is different. Many of the locals have already done their chores and most of the relax and spend time with their families But just before the sun sets many others take another opportunity at the Mekong and seek for a larger catch. Close to sunset kids also benefit from the last minutes of light to play as much as they can. Adults often play  Pétanque and bet small amounts to spice up the fun.

For locals the sunset signifies the end of the day, as the only reason that they keep on with their work are the tourists that demand different things at night.
