Typical Lao Dinner with steamed rice, spinach-like vegetable with fried pork skin, spicy sauce and sausage. The vegetable's broth is put on top of the rice or drunk directly. Meng and his family from a village 60 km north of Vientiane invited us to join them for dinner.
